Our Suppliers
Inspired by the seasons, we buy the best British ingredients we can lay our hands on from our select farmers, fishmongers, butchers and brewers.
The fish on our menus come exclusively from UK waters, from fishermen who are committed to sustainability and cleaner, thriving oceans. Our beef, pork, lamb and chicken comes from Cumbria and supports family-run fells and smallholdings in the Lake District.
Our cheese is British and comes from Neal’s Yard, just a few minutes walk from us in Borough Market, and we list award-winning wines from English vineyards.
