It’s British Pie Week 3-9 March and we’ll be celebrating in the Swan bar with a very special corn-fed chicken and morel cream sauce topped with puff pasty and served with mash potatoes – for two to share. Delicious at lunch or dinner and perfectly paired with a glass of wine or one of our many beers on tap.
